Chronic Levels

We each have daily stress which is normal but when our stress levels become overwhelming it causes significant issues to our body.

Chronic stress will have a negative impact on a person and their life. The stress may not be noticeable at first but as the levels rise, it can become devastating on one’s health, physically, mentally and emotionally.

Being aware of the symptoms will help you to know when stress levels are becoming too much on your body so you can address it before it becomes uncontrollable.

A daily stressor can be something as simple as seeing a vehicle running a red light, to a meeting with the boss, or a death of a loved one. Its typically anything that causes stress for a short period of time and then settles down.

Daily stress levels typically go unnoticed but any level of stress is hard on the human body. It can cause problems in body functions, organs, muscles, and physical symptoms.

Chronic stress levels can affect the heart, stomach, muscles, organs, digestive system, blood pressure, sex drive, hormones, appetite, and memory.

These high levels can also cause issues with tension, headaches, migraines, pain, nausea, painful menstrual cycles, impotence, anxiety, depression, irritability, temper, decision making, and sleep.

If you’re someone who is struggling with chronic stress levels like these, then it is recommended for you to see your doctor or medical care provider for some guidance and help in lowering your levels of stress.

We all should have a daily practice for reducing stress for ourselves. Our health literally depends on how we take care of our body, physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. It’s your responsibility to take care of yourself.

Some remedies for lowering stress levels are meditation, yoga, exercise, massage, Reiki, breathing techniques, soothing music, and any other form of relaxation techniques that works for you.

The time to begin is now.
