Headaches and Migraines

Stop living with headaches and migraines.

There are many different types of headaches with each having their own set of symptoms and causes. The most common are:

  • Tension Headache – most common for adults and teens. Known to cause mild to moderate pain.
  • Migraines – symptoms ranging from intense pain, vision issues, nausea, vomiting, and more. Typically lasting from four hours to three days. Having many different levels.
  • Sinus Headache – continuous pain in the cheekbones, four head, and/or bridge of nose, along with other symptoms.
  • Cluster Headache – causing pain behind or around the eyes along with other symptoms. A cluster period may last two weeks to three months and happens a few times each day.

Unusual brain activity caused by different types of triggers is believed to be the reason for headaches to occur. These triggers often come from stress, illness, environmental, hereditary, depression, alcohol, or too much physical activity.

Headaches have been effectively treated through massage therapy for years and can be prevented from occurring when massage is performed on a regular basis.
