Participating in any activity/program/session could result in injury or worsening conditions, and by participating you agree to assume full responsibility and liability for yourself and those who are in your care. By participating, you fully understand and agree to hold harmless Healing Feather Wellness / Sun & Moon Photography / or anyone associated with either entity, from any perceived or actual injury, whether physical, spiritual or emotional, that may occur to you or those you are responsible for.

Programs and activities offered by Healing Feather Wellness and Sun & Moon Photography may be held at the business offices or off site at another location. You agree to hold the business(es) harmless, along with the employees or associates of said businesses, regardless of the site of the program or service you have chosen for participation.  

Cancellations:
We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:

  • 48 hour advance notice is required when cancelling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give us 48 hours advance notice you will be charged the full amount of your appointment. This amount must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment.
  • No-shows:
    Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show.” They will be charged for their “missed” appointment in full.
  • Late Arrivals:
    If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist/instructor/teacher and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.
  • Insurance:
    Some insurance companies will cover certain therapies, like massage, when ordered by the persons doctor. However, we do not bill any insurance companies and you are responsible for the total balance of your session at time of service. You may request a receipt in advance of your scheduled appointment to turn into the insurance company for reimbursement, if that applies.

Refunds:
No refunds will be issued or credited for any missed classes, retreats, or purchases. All sales are final.

Classes/Trainings/Retreats:
There are no recordings made available after the live online or in person classes are finished. It is your own sole responsibility to show up on time for the classes, trainings, retreats, or any other events purchased.

Doctor’s Consent:
As always, you should consult your doctor before beginning any of our sessions, classes or any new exercise program. Not all exercise, including that of the mind, is suitable for everyone and our classes or any exercise program could result in injury or worsening conditions. Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding any medical condition.

Joining:
By joining any of our sessions, classes, trainings, retreats, or any event, you are agreeing that you have already received doctor’s permission to participate and that you’ll do whatever your doctor recommended, including skipping anything that may not be suitable for your health and/or safety.

By showing up to any of the above mentioned you are accepting full responsibility and are holding both Healing Feather Wellness and Sun & Moon Photography harmless of any and all claims, known or unknown.
